Unexpected room twist at check-in
The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast was good, with a variety of delicious options that kept us satisfied throughout our stay.
Our initial room leak was concerning, especially with a walking toddler. We were moved too late, and the replacement room had dust issues that were disappointing.

They have to improve some things in the rooms, and change the parts that are broken or that if you see them they are in really bad conditions, they ask deposits for everything, if you pay for a 5 stars hotel it has to be a 5 star. They offer you an ipod to listen music which is included in the room and when you ask it, you have to leave a deposit of 500 euro.
